國泰(00293.HK)料去年虧損56億至61億元 今年2月起每月現金消耗最多15億元

國泰航空(00293.HK)公佈，集團預期去年將錄得綜合股東應佔虧損約56億至61億元。雖然預計虧損龐大，相比截至2020年同期的股東應佔虧損216億元爲佳，有關改善主要因貨運需求強勁、貨運收益和運載率高企，以及公司持續有效地管理現金和成本。此外，2020年年度業績包括減值及企業重組等單次支出，該等開支於2021年亦顯着減少。
國泰行政總裁鄧健榮表示，今年1月份公司僅能運作相當於疫情前約20%的貨運運力及約2%的客運運力，公司業務無疑會受削減運力的影響，料由2月起，每月的營運現金消耗將爲10億至15億元。此外，公司採納增加機組人員資源的應對措施，估計可讓每月較現時額外增加約5%的貨運運力。
公司公佈，去年12月載客9.22萬人次，按年增加130.6%，但相比疫情前2019年12月的水平則下跌96.9%。收入乘客千米數按年上升156.5%，但與2019年12月相比減少95.1%。乘客運載率上升18.2個百分點至36.6%，以可用座位千米數計算的運力雖增加28.6%，惟仍較2019年12月下跌88.6%。
至於公司上月運載13.46萬公噸貨物，按年增加12%，但與2019年12月相比減少24.1%。月內的貨物收入噸千米數按年上升11.7%，但與2019年12月相比則減少14.7%。運載率上升4個百分點至84.3%。以可用貨物噸千米數計算的運力則按年增加6.5%，但與2019年12月相比減少 32.9%。
按2021年全年計，載客人次按年減少84.5%，運力下跌61.8%，而收入乘客千米數則下跌79.5%。載貨量按年增加0.1%，惟運力下跌10.9%，而貨物收入噸千米數則下跌1.1%。
