格隆匯1月24日丨中智全球(06819.HK)發佈公吿,與上年同期相比,截至2021年12月31日止6個月,公司的收益、毛利及除息税折舊攤銷前盈利均有所增加。該期內公司的會員總數亦增加7%。然而,主要由於先前公吿中所界定的該未經授權發放以及與收回該等款項有關的相關法律及其他開支,預期集團截至2021年12月31日止6個月的合併財務業績(“2022財年中期業績”)錄得淨虧損約910萬美元,而截至2020年12月31日止6個月則錄得淨虧損140萬美元。
