天倫燃氣(01600.HK)與中國電建集團河南電力勘測設計院簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯1月21日丨天倫燃氣(01600.HK)公吿，於2022年1月21日，河南天倫燃氣集團有限公司("河南天倫"，公司間接全資附屬公司)與中國電建集團河南省電力勘測設計院有限公司訂立戰略合作協議。
雙方遵循"優勢互補、共同發展、合作共贏"的原則，充分發揮各自業務領域的優勢，開展全方位的技術與商業合作，建立全面戰略合作關係，形成戰略合力。發揮雙方市場開發和技術的互補優勢，建立長期友好的戰略合作關係，謀求互惠共贏發展。合作內容：
1.新能源領域
利用雙方各自優勢共同合作，選擇合適區域開展分佈式光伏、地面集中式光伏、分散式風電、地面集中式風電、儲能、生物質氣等項目開發，創新示範多種能源綜合應用，打造以清潔能源為主的新型能源系統。
2.低碳工業領域
共同開展智慧能源、工業節能改造項目的開發、建設工作，尤其是在水泥行業，鋼鐵行業，化學原料和化學制品製造業，非金屬礦物質品業，黑色金屬冶煉和壓延加工業，有色金屬冶煉和壓延加工業等高耗能行業上，開展園區循環化改造，促進能量梯級利用，推進工業餘壓餘熱、廢氣、廢液資源化利用。
3.區域綜合能源領域
共同開發、建設清潔供能項目，協同推進智慧能源城市建設、清潔能源示範縣建設和能源革命試點工程，利用各自豐富的天然氣市場優勢和開發建設運營經驗，共同做好方案設計優化，以分佈式、可再生、智能化為實施路徑，打造農村能源革命和智慧能源城市的示範工程。
4.充換電站領域
中電建河南發揮在充換電站技術上的優勢，集團以現有加氣站為基礎，將原有加氣站功能升級改造，同時藉助光伏技術，將加氣站改造為光、儲、充、停一體化的智能充電站模式，推進城市交通綠色發展。
董事會認為，在"雙碳"目標背景下，綠色低碳發展成為必然選擇，能源轉型勢在必行。開展能源合作符合本公司發展戰略，有利於深化清潔能源轉型，全面促進可持續發展。中電建河南作為具有國家工程設計綜合甲級資質的大型綜合設計企業，技術實力雄厚，在國內外市場上具有優異的業績和享有良好聲譽。天倫燃氣作為實力雄厚的能源上市企業，在全國特別是河南省市場開拓方面具有豐富的資源和經驗，並具有較強的項目投資能力。
