中微公司(688012.SH)：2021年度淨利預增93.01%-109.26%
格隆匯1月21日丨中微公司(688012.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預吿，公司預計2021年營業收入為31.08億元，較2020年增加約8.35億元，同比增加36.73%。2021年毛利為13.36億元，較2020年增加約4.80億元，同比增加56.01%。2021年新簽訂單金額為41.3億元，較2020年增加約19.6億元，同比增加約90.5%。
公司預計2021年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為9.5億元到10.3億元，與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將增加4.578億元到5.378億元，同比增加93.01%到109.26%。
公司預計2021年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為2.8億元到3.3億元，與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將增加2.57億元到3.07億元，同比增加1100.72%到1315.13%。
業績變化的主要原因：
1、公司2021年營業收入及毛利增加，主要系：(1)受益於半導體設備市場發展及公司產品競爭優勢，2021年刻蝕設備收入為20.04億元，較2020年增長約55.44%，毛利率達到44.4%；(2)由於下游市場原因以及本年新簽署的Mini-LED MOCVD設備規模訂單尚未確認收入，2021年MOCVD設備收入為5.03億元，較2020年增長約1.5%，但MOCVD設備的毛利率達到33.1%，較2020年的18.7%有大幅度提升。公司2021年新簽訂單金額為41.3億元，較2020年增加約19.6億元，同比增加約90.5%。
2、因實施股權激勵計劃，公司2021年產生股份支付費用2.13億元，較2020年的1.24億元增加約0.89億元(屬於經常性損益)。
3、公司2020年投資青島聚源芯星股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)3億元而間接持有中芯國際集成電路製造有限公司科創板股票，因中芯國際集成電路製造有限公司股價變動以及公司減持部分中芯國際股票，公司2021年收益約0.39億元，較2020年收益的2.62億元減少約2.23億元。
此外，經評估師評估初步結果，公司投資的其他非上市公司股權(以公允價值計量且其變動計入當期損益)於2021年產生公允價值變動收益約3.70億元，較2020年增加約3.70億元。因上述兩項因素合計影響，公司2021年較2020年增加税前利潤約1.47億元(屬於非經常性損益)。
4.公司2021年計入非經常性損益的政府補助較2020年增加約0.93億元。
