普利特(002324.SZ):2021年度淨利潤預降94%-96%
格隆匯1月21日丨普利特(002324.SZ)公佈2021年年度業績預吿,公司預計實現2021年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為1582.82萬元–2374.23萬元,比上年同期下降94%-96%;預計實現2021年扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損為3075.46萬元–3758.90萬元。
公司本報吿期淨利潤為下降,原因是:
1、公司根據《企業會計準則第8號—資產減值》《會計監管風險提示第8號—商譽減值》的相關要求,按照謹慎性原則,公司預計本報吿期將計提商譽減值,最終商譽減值計提的金額以評估機構結果為準。
2、本報吿期內,儘管公司主營汽車改性材料產品實現較為穩定增長,但受全球通脹等因素影響,上游主要大宗原料及輔料價格的大規模上漲,致使公司成本大幅增加,對公司淨利潤產生了嚴重影響。
