宋城演藝(300144.SZ)2021年度預盈2.58億-3.58億元 同比扭虧為盈
格隆匯1月21日丨宋城演藝(300144.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.58億元-3.58億元，上年同期為虧損175239.8萬元；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤2.08億元-3.08億元，上年同期為虧損176786.16萬元。
2021年，國內良好的疫情防控局面受到全球疫情持續演變的不斷挑戰，尤其是在新冠病毒不斷變異的情況下，疫情防控轉向常態化，給文旅行業的恢復經營帶來諸多擾動。在艱難的市場環境下，公司合理有效地安排旗下各項目經營節奏，展現出“給點陽光就燦爛”的強大彈性和韌性。
預吿期內，公司以杭州宋城為基地持續深化演藝公園模式，積極開拓多劇院、多類型、多場次的演出模式，內容豐富性和多元化加速推進，形成千古情為引領、各類中小劇目補充、各類活動穿插的全新局面，獲評“第一批國家級夜間文化和旅遊消費集聚區”，春節期間《宋城千古情》創下單日最高演出20場記錄，暑期推出室外版千古情，充分體現了公司高效的應變能力，有效應對疫情期間室內演出受限的風險。
公司持續關注年輕人的消費需求，為Z世代構建新消費場景，以奇妙夜活動為例，期間接待人數同比2020年增長384.66%，杭州宋城單日最高接待夜遊遊客創歷史新紀錄,受眾中95後佔比超60%，包含80、90、95後在內的消費主力佔比更是接近95%，成為年輕人節假日個性化社交新場所。
上海宋城於2021年4月29日順利開業，完成一線城市首佈局，得益於優越的區位優勢、廣闊的市場空間、多元化的演藝內容和豐富的票價體系，上海宋城在總體營收、客源結構、客單價、年齡結構、收入構成等方面都呈現良好的趨勢。張家界《愛在湘西》成功上演，進一步構建分層次的產品矩陣。預吿期內，公司順應形勢變化，降本與增效並舉，進一步調整用工模式，優化運營管理流程。公司積極擁抱科技發展，被科技部、中央宣傳部、中央網信辦、文化和旅遊部、廣電總局聯合認定為“第四批國家文化和科技融合示範基地”。
預吿期內，數字娛樂平台花房集團業務發展良好，充值用户、消費用户及營業收入、經營性利潤整體均呈增長趨勢，語音社交、海外社交等創新業務順利啟動並取得高速增長。
預吿期內，計入當期損益的非經常性損益對公司淨利潤影響約5000萬元。
