思摩爾國際(06969.HK)預計,於2021財政年度,溢利及全面收益總額預期將較截至2020財政年度增加約109%至131%。2021財政年度沒有金融工具公允價值變動,以及上市開支。2021財政年度首次公開發售前購股權計劃相關的以股份為基礎的付款開支約為1.56億元人民幣(下同),2020財政年度對應的付款開支約為3.63億元。
調整後,集團2021財政年度經調整純利預期將較2020財政年度增加約33%至46%。
