江特電機(002176.SZ)擬推第一期員工持股計劃
格隆匯1月21日丨江特電機(002176.SZ)發佈第一期員工持股計劃(草案),第一期員工持股計劃的資金總額不超過8000萬元,以“份”作為認購單位,每份的份額為1元,本次員工持股計劃的份數上限為8000萬份。最終的員工持股計劃的規模根據實際出資繳款金額確定,資金來源為公司員工合法薪酬、自籌資金以及法律、法規允許的其他合法方式。
本持股計劃擬通過二級市場購買(包括但不限於集中競價、大宗交易等)以及法律、行政法規允許的其他方式取得並持有公司股票。
出資參加本員工持股計劃的人數不超過126人,其中參加本員工持股計劃的董事(不含獨立董事)、監事、高級管理人員共1人,其他公司及子公司中層管理人員、核心骨幹不超過125人。具體人數根據實際出資繳款情況確定。
