朗新科技(300682.SZ)2021年度淨利潤預增19.95%-30.23%
格隆匯1月20日丨朗新科技(300682.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8.2億元-8.8億元，同比增長15.97%-24.45%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤7億元-7.6億元，同比增長19.95%-30.23%。
公司是能源數字化的領先企業，一直服務於電力能源消費領域，從軟件到平台，從服務到運營，朗新科技以 B2B2C 的業務模式聚焦能源數字化“雙輪驅動”發展戰略。在“碳達峯、碳中和”目標的推動下，電力能源行業正在發生重大變革，數字化、市場化、場景化是新型電力系統消費側的主要特徵，朗新科技的能源數字化服務和運營業務具有確定性、持續性和廣闊的發展空間。報吿期內，公司營業收入預計較上年同期增長超過35%。
報吿期內，受益於能源客户自身數字化轉型升級的需求，以及能源消費電氣化帶來的新增用電服務需求，公司2B的能源數字化服務業務進入重大發展機遇期。公司加大了相關人員儲備和研發投入，報吿期內新增研發人員超500人，重點項目取得積極進展、業務前景持續向好，預計能源數字化服務業務收入同比增長約40%。報吿期內，以電力為核心的能源消費新場景不斷湧現，公司的能源互聯網服務平台價值凸顯，2C的能源數字化運營業務不斷突破，平台交易量快速增長，用户活躍度持續提升。以公司的電動汽車聚合充電業務為例，截止2021年底，新電途聚合充電平台已累計接入充電樁運營商超400家，實現了和國家電網、南方電網、特來電、星星充電、雲快充等頭部運營商的平台打通，在運營充電樁數量超過30萬，服務新能源充電車主數超過210萬，2021年聚合充電量近5.6億度，是2020年充電量的近8倍，聚合充電業務收入實現高速增長，收入模式也從服務費分成，拓展至電力躉售等領域。
報吿期內，公司非經常性損益對淨利潤的貢獻金額預計為1.1億元左右，主要系政府補助收入，上年同期為1.235億元。
報吿期內，公司股權激勵費用約1.3億元，上年同期為8973萬元。
