格隆匯1月20日丨*ST中基(000972.SZ)公佈2021年度業績預吿,公司預計實現2021年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損為0.8億元-1.2億元;預計實現扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損為0.75億元-1.15億元。
業績變動原因系:
2021年度,公司番茄產業已恢復生產,下屬全資子公司新疆中基紅色番茄產業有限公司已有序組織落實生產工作,完成了大桶番茄醬產品的生產,並實現了產品的銷售。同時,公司為調整和優化番茄製品產業鏈結構,已着手組織恢復了番茄紅素保健品的生產銷售,以及小包裝番茄醬的籌備工作,以期鞏固和發展番茄“紅色產業”。此外本報吿期非經常性損失較上年同期減少,致使本報吿期的虧損總額較上年同期有所減少。
