格隆匯1月20日丨華住集團-S(01179.HK)公佈,Legacy-Huazhu業務的平均可出租客房收入在2021年第四季度仍受到中國COVID-19疫情數次反覆的嚴重影響。從每個月來看,公司的平均可出租客房收入分別恢復至2019年10月、11月及12月水平的90%、76%及90%。步入2022年,公司觀察到COVID-19疫情在西安、天津和河南省等數個城市和省份仍持續不斷。此外,新的Omicron變種近期亦在中國數個城市檢測到。更重要的是,為迎接北京冬季奧運會,預期北京及周邊地區將實施更嚴格的旅行限制。因此,所有上述因素都將增加2022年第一季度的平均可出租客房收入恢復的不確定性及壓力。

截至2021年12月31日止年度,在營酒店(不包括徵用中酒店)綜合入住率72.2%,同比上升1.2p.p.。平均可出租客房綜合收入172元人民幣,同比增長15.6%。

截至2021年12月31日,華住於17個國家經營7,830家酒店,並有753,216間在營客房。華住旗下品牌包括海友酒店、怡萊酒店、漢庭酒店、全季酒店、星程酒店、桔子酒店、桔子水晶酒店、漫心酒店、美崙酒店、禧玥酒店、花間堂、你好酒店及CitiGO Hotel。於2020年1月2日完成收購DH後,華住為其組合新增了五個品牌,包括施柏閣、美侖美奐酒店、Jaz in the City、IntercityHotel及Zleep Hotels。此外,華住亦在泛華地區擁有美居、宜必思及宜必思尚品的主特許經營權以及美爵酒店及諾富特酒店的共同開發權。
