格隆匯1月20日丨山煤國際(600546.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預增公吿,公司預計2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為45.00億元至50.00億元,與上年同期(追溯調整後)相比,將增加36.73億元至41.73億元,同比(追溯調整後)增長444.14%至504.59%。
公司預計2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為45.80億元至50.80億元,與上年同期(追溯調整後)相比,將增加37.27億元至42.27億元,同比(追溯調整後)增長436.93%至495.55%。
業績預增的主要原因:受煤炭行業景氣度不斷向好,煤炭市場價格持續上漲影響,公司盈利水平實現較大幅度增長;公司全面推行精益化管理,科學管控成本,適度釋放先進產能保障能源供給,資產質量得到較大幅度優化。
