格隆匯1月20日丨新宙邦(300037.SZ)披露2021年度業績快報，2021年公司抓住新能源以及新材料的市場機遇，緊密圍繞公司戰略和年度經營計劃有序開展工作，聚焦主營業務和戰略客户，經營業績持續增長，財務指標穩健，各項業務發展態勢良好。
報吿期內，公司全年實現營業收入69.51億元，同比增長134.76%，主要源於：1)2021年新能源汽車及動力電池產業發展超預期，市場需求強勁，公司加快推動項目建設，加速產能投放，提升原材料自供率，以及公司前期新產品研發投入取得階段性進展，帶動公司電池化學品業務產銷量快速提升；2)在市場對含氟高端精細化學品的需求增長，特別是全氟辛酸(PFOA)替代品、環保型含氟清洗劑國產化替代發展的背景下，公司作為行業知名供應商，產品結構多樣化，憑藉穩定的供應能力和優質的產品，有機氟化學品業務持續保持良好的增長態勢；3)隨着全球經濟恢復增長，2021年電容器市場需求回暖，公司深耕電容化學品行業多年，產品品類豐富、技術先進，銷售額持續穩定增長；4)2021年公司半導體化學品業務在產品技術、技改擴產以及高端客户認證方面取得突破性的進展，銷售額同比大幅上升。
報吿期內，公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤13.07億元，同期增長152.39%，主要得益於一方面公司主營業務銷售快速增長，另一方面公司通過加強與戰略客户的合作，加大對產品技術的研發創新投入，提升原材料自供率，不斷提升內部精益管理水平和深化推進降本提效專項工作，有效提升了公司的經營績效。
報吿期內，非經常性損益合計金額7401.08萬元，同比增加3745.07萬元，主要是單項計提應收賬款減值準備轉回以及收到的政府補助影響。
報吿期末，公司總資產113.45億元，比期初增長53.39%；歸屬於上市公司股東的所有者權益68.004億元，比期初增長36.59%；每股淨資產16.4871元，比期初增長36.04%。
