《全日總結》恆指升824點 恆生科指漲逾4% 美團彈11%

人行下調一年期及五年期LPR，美債孳息亞洲時段回落及美股期貨回升，港股今日顯着造好。恆指高開135點後升幅擴大，並以全日高位24,952點收市，升824點或3.42%。國指升319點或3.79%，收8,761點；恆生科技指數升253點或4.5%，收5,896點。大市全日成交總額1,783.74億元，滬、深港通南下交易分別淨流入29.96億及43.22億元人民幣。
中央網信辦指出臺互聯網投融資規範屬不實訊息，科技股上揚。據報騰訊(00700.HK)收購小米(01810.HK)旗下黑鯊科技尚處洽談中，騰訊(00700.HK)升6.6%報471.6元，小米(01810.HK)升3.2%報18.9元。阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)升5.9%報131.5元，美團(03690.HK)升11%報238元，京東(09618.HK)及百度(09888.HK)各升6.5%及6.3%，網易(09999.HK)升4.2%。
閱文(00772.HK)、網龍(00777.HK)、平安好醫生(01833.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)各升5.4%至5.5%。微盟(02013.HK)、京東健康(06618.HK)及快手(01024.HK)各升6.2%至6.8%，阿裏健康(00241.HK)升7.6%，明源雲(00909.HK)升10.9%。手機部件股瑞聲(02018.HK)發盈警，料末季少賺71%至79%，股價跌12.7%報27.95元。
市場憧憬內地擬讓地產商動用預售資金解決財困，內房股急升，融創(01918.HK)股價升15.2%。合景泰富(01813.HK)、世茂(00813.HK)及龍光(03380.HK)各升13.7%、12.1%及10.1%，旭輝(00884.HK)、富力(02777.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)各升5%至5.3%，碧桂園(02007.HK)及恆大(03333.HK)各升4.3%及4.7%。奧園(03883.HK)將不支付票據本金和利息，股價升3.2%。
物管股亦急漲，碧服(06098.HK)升15.5%，雅生活(03319.HK)、奧園健康(03662.HK)及華潤萬象生活(01209.HK)各升8.2%、7.3%及5.9%，恆大物業(06666.HK)升4.8%。中資金融股方面，招行(03968.HK)升4.6%，太保(02601.HK)及中國平安(02318.HK)各升6.6%及7.2%，國壽(02628.HK)升3.8%。
中國飛鶴(06186.HK)及九毛九(09922.HK)各升7.4%及8.5%。體育用品股安踏(02020.HK)及李寧(02331.HK)各升6.5%及6.3%。
其他藍籌方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.5%報54.4元，港交所(00388.HK)升3.9%報474.2元，友邦(01299.HK)升5.8%報88.7元，藥明生物(02269.HK)升5.2%。
