格隆匯1月20日丨孩子王(301078.SZ)現報20.16元,跌5.17%,暫成交5億元,最新市值219億元。孩子王昨日晚間發公吿稱,預計2021年歸母淨利潤為1.96億元-2.35億元,同比下降40%-50%。公司2021年新開門店70餘家,且主要為2021年下半年新開門店;上述新增門店使得公司運營成本有所增加,而提升會員數量、收入及盈利水平需要一定的運營時間,再加上2021年大物業不再對房租進行疫情減免,影響了2021年全年的淨利潤水平。
