中銀(02388.HK):內房前景低迷下中國富裕家庭考慮豐富資產組合
中銀香港(02388.HK)副總裁龔楊恩慈在亞洲私人銀行家一個峯會上表示,房地產長久以來都是中國家庭的投資工具,因爲他們認爲房地產投資較股票市場回報穩定而低風險,但隨着中央「房住不炒」方針不變,這些家庭開始思考房地產投資是否一直都是唯一穩定的投資工具,很多富有家庭已經將很大比例的資金投資在物業,他們很自然地會在低迷的房地產前景下,考慮豐富資產組合,這趨勢爲能帶來持續、穩定回報的金融產品帶來需求。她認爲,中國年輕一代較願意進行高風險、高回報投資,不過內地投資者不論風險胃納,均爲本港私人銀行業帶來機遇。
龔楊恩慈指,跨境理財通促進粵港澳大灣區融合,允許中港兩地投資者跨境投資,雖然在關口關閉下未見有大量交易,但這個計劃爲未來的增長和區內融合奠下基礎。她認爲,大灣區人口龐大,相信到2030年,區內經濟總量增長1.5倍不是夢。
