《大行報告》摩通:中銀(02388.HK)及恆生(00011.HK)為港銀首選 上調目標價
摩根大通發表報告指,雖然經營表現較預期疲弱,但香港銀行股去年表現仍跑贏恆指13%,今年初至今亦跑贏7%。
展望今年,該行預期美國聯儲局加息,及監管轉變令更多美國上市中概股回歸,將為本港銀行股收入帶來上行。而本港與內地通關依然是關鍵的基本推動力。不過,摩通認為在經濟放緩的情況下,行業相關資產質素的不確定性加劇,偏向寬鬆的貨幣政策也將減少對跨境貸款的溢出需求。
該行又稱,雖然去年業績料仍然平淡,但預期行業的平均盈利增長有望由今年的15%,加快至明年20%。港銀中,摩通行業首選續為中銀香港(02388.HK)及恆生銀行(00011.HK),兩企評級均為「增持」,中銀香港目標價由33元升至36元,恆生目標價由172元升至182元。另摩通恢復予東亞銀行(00023.HK)「中性」評級,目標價14元。
