格隆匯1月20日丨禹洲集團(1628.HK)漲4.62%,報0.68港元,總市值44.5億港元。禹洲集團發佈公吿,公司已成功獲得絕大多數交換票據持有人的支持及所有徵求同意票據所需取得的必要同意。這次債務管理取得成功,使公司能夠有效地延長相當一部分離岸債務的到期期限,並避免發生徵求同意票據項下與交換票據支付相關的提前到期和法院判決違約事件。 公吿稱,絕大多數持有人的迅速回應與積極參與證明了持有人對公司的信心。
