片仔癀(600436.SH)：擬不超44.80億元投資新建產業園
格隆匯1月19日丨片仔癀(600436.SH)公佈，公司擬投資新建產業園，該投資概算為上限不超過44.80億元。本次投資新建事項的資金來源為公司自籌資金。投資項目的基本情況如下：
(一)片仔癀大健康智造園
項目擬選址：位於福建省漳州市高新區靖圓片區，用地西面為創新路，南面為草武路；建設規模：本項目總佔地面積328162.17㎡，總建築面積479381.76㎡。具體數據以最終審定的設計方案為準，公司將依實際情況進行分期建設；建設範圍：原藥材庫及前處理車間、綜合提取車間、綜合製劑車間、綜合立體庫、行政辦公大樓、研發中心、檢測中心、標準中心、成果轉化中心、污水處理站等配套設施。
項目投資概算：本項目的工程建設投資約28億元，其中建築工程費13.34億元、設備購置費5.48億元、安裝工程費3.42億元、建設用地費用1.29億元、工程建設其它費用1.84億元、預備費1.21億元、流動資金1.42億元。項目產品方案：複方片仔癀含片、複方片仔癀軟膏、複方片仔癀痔瘡膏、茵膽平肝膠囊等系列產品。項目效益估算：根據謹慎原則，項目預計建成投產後第6年達產。該項目的税後內部收益率為25.41%，靜態投資回收期為6.47年(含建設期)；動態投資回收期為9.74年(含建設期)。
(二)片仔癀健康美粧園
項目選址：位於福建省漳州市高新區靖圓片區，用地西面為創業路，南面為草武路，北面為草坂路，東面為高新東路；建設規模：本項目總佔地面積88634.84㎡，總建築面積261525.00㎡。具體數據以最終審定的設計方案為準，公司將依實際情況進行分期建設；建設範圍：生產車間、綜合立體庫、行政辦公大樓、研發中心、污水處理站等配套設施；
項目投資概算：本項目的工程建設投資約16.80億元，其中建築工程費7.69億元、設備購置費2.71億元、安裝工程費1.36億元、建設用地費用0.82億元、工程建設其它費用1.55億元、預備費1.27億元、流動資金1.40億元；項目產品方案：養膚美白雪肌無瑕潤白系列、抗初老凝時素顏緊緻系列、屏障修護御潤鮮妍保濕系列等特色功效護膚產品；皇后系列(膏霜類)；項目效益估算：根據謹慎原則，項目預計建成投產後第8年達產。該項目的税後內部收益率為29.34%，靜態投資回收期為7.34年(含建設期)；動態投資回收期為9.13年(含建設期)。
