翠微股份(603123.SH)：2021年度淨利預增72.16%-121.35%
格隆匯1月18日丨翠微股份(603123.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預增公吿，經財務部門初步測算，公司預計2021年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為1.4億元到1.8億元，與上年同期相比增加0.59億元到0.99億元，同比增加72.16%到121.35%。
預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為0.86億元到1.26億元，與上年同期相比增加1.89億元到2.29億元，同比增加184.10%到223.02%。
控股子公司海科融通預計2021年年度實現歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為1.85億元到2.15億元，與上年同期相比增加0.01億元到0.31億元，同比增加0.55%到16.86%。
業績預增的主要原因：
(一)2021年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤增加的主要原因為公司2020年12月完成了對北京海科融通支付服務有限公司的98.2975%股權收購，其中公司從關聯股東購買的35.0039%股權作為同一控制下的企業合併處理，其餘從第三方購買的63.2936%股權作為購買子公司少數股東權益處理。
根據會計準則的相關規定，2020年海科融通對應35.0039%股權的淨利潤計入上市公司的淨利潤，剩餘對應63.2936%股權的淨利潤計入少數股東損益，而2021年公司對海科融通合併98.2975%股權的淨利潤，從而造成本期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比增加。
2021年歸屬於上市公司股東扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤增加的主要原因為2020年公司合併海科融通對應35.0039%股權期初至合併日的淨利潤計入上市公司的非經常損益，2021年公司不存在此情形，從而導致歸屬於上市公司股東扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤增加。
(二)本期因公司自2021年1月1日起，開始執行財政部2018年修訂發佈的新租賃準則，公司在執行新租賃準則時，與上年同期相比，減少計入租賃費用0.2億元，增加歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約0.2億元。
