內地物流公司百世集團(BEST.US) ADS股價持續低於1美元 接紐交所警告
內地物流公司百世集團(BEST.US)表示,近日收到紐約證券交易所信函,指出集團的美國存託股票(ADS)截至2022年1月4日已連續30個交易日的每ADS平均收盤價低於1美元,通知集團不符合紐交所持續上市標準中適用的價格標準要求。
百世集團表示,根據紐交所上市條例,在收到通知後有六個月時間重新符合最低股價要求,已於1月14日回覆紐約證券交易所,表示將解決上述問題。補救期內百世集團的ADS將繼續在紐約證券交易所上市和交易,預期通知不影響業務營運。
