壹石通(688733.SH):子公司擬參與競拍合肥市高新區部分土地使用權
格隆匯1月17日丨壹石通(688733.SH)公佈,公司擬以全資子公司安徽壹石通材料科學研究院有限公司(“壹石通研究院”)作為競買申請人,使用自有資金通過招標/拍賣/掛牌方式或其他合法方式,參與合肥市自然資源和規劃局關於高新區創新大道以東、燕子河路以南地塊的土地使用權(地塊編號:高新區GX202201號)的出讓競拍,土地面積19.66畝(最終面積以不動產登記證書為準)。
標的地塊起始價360萬元/畝,經初步測算,預計標的地塊出讓價格不超過1億元。
