上海家化(600315.SH)第四季度淨利潤預增約99%
格隆匯1月17日丨上海家化(600315.SH)公佈，公司2021年度預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約6.55億元，比上年同期增加約2.25億元，同比增加約52%。公司本次業績預增主要是由於主營業務增長所致。
扣除非經常性損益事項後，公司2021年度預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約6.88億元，比上年同期增加約2.93億元，同比增加約74%。
2021年第四季度，公司預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2.35億元，較上年同期增加約1.17億元，同比增加約99%；公司預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約2.14億元，較上年同期增加約0.95億元，同比增加約79%。
預計2021年度公司實現營業收入約76.6億元，同比增長約9%。其中2021年第四季度，公司預計實現營業收入約18.3億元，同比增長約9.8%。
主營業務增長：2021年，面對市場環境的不斷變化，公司保持戰略定力，圍繞“123經營方針”：以消費者為中心，品牌創新，渠道進階，在文化、系統與流程和數字化方面不斷努力，克服下半年以來公司海外業務、特渠業務受到短期不利因素帶來的影響，渠道端以電商業務為引領，品牌端聚焦護膚品類，仍然取得良好經營成果。
線上業務中，電商渠道以精細化運營推動多平台佈局，尤其是下半年實現同比快速健康增長：其中天貓平台通過加強佈局店鋪自播進一步豐富直播矩陣，保持穩健增長的同時提升了運營能力；京東、拼多多及興趣電商平台均呈現增長。
線下業務中，公司積極拓展新零售業務，減緩了線下流量下降對主營業務的影響；百貨渠道通過櫃枱優化以及四季SPA線上化成功改善盈利能力；CS(化粧品專營店)渠道在傳統CS業務、屈臣氏業務均取得快速增長。
報吿期內，公司堅持差異化的品牌發展策略，護膚品類作為公司定位的高毛利快速發展品類，取得快速增長。
