兩面針(600249.SH):擬斥不超1875萬元參與中信證券A股配股
格隆匯1月17日丨兩面針(600249.SH)公佈,中信證券於2022年1月14日發佈了《A股配股發行公吿》,以股權登記日2022年1月18日收市後的A股股份總數為基數,按照每10股配售1.5股的比例向全體A股股東配售。A股配股總數約為15.97億股,配股價格為14.43元/股。
截至公吿日,公司持有中信證券865.98萬股,擬全額認購獲配股份129.897萬股,需使用自有資金不超過1875萬元。(股份數量和金額以實際成交為準)。
