潤建股份(002929.SZ)2021年度淨利潤預增43%-56%
格隆匯1月16日丨潤建股份(002929.SZ)公佈，預計2021年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.41億元-3.72億元，同比增長43%-56%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤3.19億元-3.50億元，同比增長42%-56%；營業收入62.5億元-65.5億元。
公司是通信信息網絡與能源網絡的管理和運維者，管維業務涵蓋能源網絡、信息網絡、通信網絡等基礎網絡。2021年公司業務佈局戰力凸顯，各項業務在公司覆蓋全國超過23個重點省份、200個地市、1200個縣區的服務網絡、強大的創新研發能力以及高效靈活的平台型組織的支持下，經營業績實現了高速增長，形成良好的業務合作生態，規模效應逐步顯現，市場地位持續增強，公司進入快速發展通道。
在能源網絡管維業務上，憑藉在組織平台、技術研發、管維服務等方面的突出能力，公司與多家企業形成良好的業務合作生態，規模效應逐步顯現，新能源、智慧電能、電網數字化三大板塊經營業績實現高速增長。其中在新能源業務上，公司與多家大型能源企業建立了戰略合作關係，在廣西、四川、廣東等省份初步形成區域競爭優勢，實現“永福整縣屋頂分佈式光伏發電項目”等典型項目突破，落地和儲備了一批光伏運維項目。
在信息網絡管維業務上，潤建股份繼續鞏固和擴大與運營商以及眾多行業頭部企業的生態圈，實現資源共享、能力互通；並在雲與IDC、社會綜合治理、智慧教育、擴展現實(MR、VR、AR)等重點領域形成可複製的產品和解決方案，藉助於公司覆蓋全國超過23個重點省份、200個地市、1200個縣區的服務網點，公司信息網絡管維業務實現了高速增長。五象雲谷雲計算中心項目已完成土建工程，處於設備安裝調試階段，將於2022年投產運營。
在通信網絡管維業務上，2021年，公司市場份額得到持續提高，行業領先地位進一步凸顯和鞏固；拓展“通信綜合能源管理”等業務品類，市場空間進一步擴大；公司各省市業務成熟度持續提升，相關人員、資源得到充分複用，依託公司數字化管維平台實施精細化管理，業務毛利率得到提高。
