晶豐明源(688368.SH)2021年度淨利潤預增858%-887%
格隆匯1月14日丨晶豐明源(688368.SH)公佈，公司預計2021年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為6.6億元至6.8億元，與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將增加5.91億元至6.11億元，同比增加858%至887%；
預計2021年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為5.56億元至5.76億元，與上年同期(法定披露數據)相比，將增加5.28億元至5.48億元，同比增加1912%至1985%；
剔除公司歷次限制性股票激勵計劃帶來的股份支付成本影響，預計2021年年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為8億元至8.2億元，與上年同期1.48億元相比，增加6.52億元至6.72億元，同比增加440%至454%。實現歸屬於母公司所有者的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤7億元至7.2億元，與上年同期1.07億元相比，增加5.93億元至6.13億元，同比增加555%至573%。
2021年，由於公司產品LED照明驅動芯片所處行業下游需求旺盛，上游原材料供應緊張，公司利用自身優勢，較好解決了產能限制，在保證產品交付的同時提升產品單價及優化產品結構，預計全年實現營業收入22.5億元至23.5億元，與上年同期11.03億元相比，將增加11.47億元至12.47億元，同比增長104%至113%，全年綜合毛利率有所提升。
2021年，預計公司非經常性損益為1.01億元至1.05億元，與上年同期4123萬元相比，將增加5,977萬元至6377萬元，同比增長145%至155%；主要為參股公司公允價值變動收益較上年同期有較大增長所致。
2021年，公司共推出2期限制性股票激勵計劃，同時考慮到前期推出的各期股權激勵計劃，預計全年發生上市公司承擔的股份支付費用為1.51億元至1.6億元，與上年同期8809萬元相比，增加6291萬元至7191萬元，同比增長71%至82%。
公司2021年加大研發力度，預計全年研發費用為2.9億元至3.05億元，與上年同期1.58億元相比，增加1.32億元至1.47億元，同比增長84%至94%。研發費用的持續投入，使得公司當年新品開發取得良好進展，內置AC/DC電源芯片及外置AC/DC電源芯片在產品研發及客户導入方面均有突破；大電流DC/DC電源芯片成功實現產品開發並進入客户送樣階段。
