雙匯發展(000895.SZ)：與正邦科技簽訂戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯1月14日丨雙匯發展(000895.SZ)公佈，公司與江西正邦科技股份有限公司(“正邦科技”)於2022年1月14日簽訂《雙匯正邦戰略合作框架協議》，雙方本着優勢互補、互惠互利的原則，充分發揮雙方產業優勢，堅持健康、安全、綠色的產業發展理念，以生豬購銷為依託，完善產業鏈、提升價值鏈、打通供應鏈，進一步推動雙方產業優勢互補和高質量發展，為食品產業提供有力支撐。
甲方：河南雙匯投資發展股份有限公司，乙方：江西正邦科技股份有限公司；合作內容如下：
1、 生豬點對點直供
甲方開闢綠色通道，實行全天 24 小時優先收購乙方直供生豬，雙方約定供應量、價格、運輸方式等，實現點對點直供。
乙方應設定與甲方屠宰匹配的養殖場作為基地，優先供應甲方，並保障供應生豬的質量、品質，豬隻體重在 80—140kg/頭，保證生豬質量安全符合國家和行業標準要求，符合甲方採購標準要求。
2、 建立供應鏈合作機制
雙方共同發揮甲方生豬屠宰、乙方生豬養殖優勢，提高雙方品牌價值和市場佔有率，共同打造國內外一流的產業鏈合作典範。
3、 深化雙方合作
雙方加強生豬購銷合作力度，強化產能匹配和銜接。
當生豬價格低迷時，甲方在堅持以市場為導向的基礎上，可適度加大對乙方的生豬採購力度，有權享受乙方所有相關的生豬銷售優惠政策。
當市場價格高漲時，乙方在堅持以市場為導向的基礎上，可適度加大對甲方的生豬供應力度。
根據甲方需要，乙方向甲方提供生豬養殖過程中的有關信息；根據乙方需要，甲方及時將乙方所交付生豬屠宰後相關結算數據通報乙方。
公司與正邦科技簽訂《雙匯正邦戰略合作框架協議》，有助於雙方優勢互補，充分發揮產業優勢，提升雙方市場競爭力，實現合作共贏、共同發展。本協議為雙方達成戰略合作的框架性文件，為雙方後續業務合作奠定基礎，對公司未來經營發展將產生積極影響。
