茂宸集團(00273.HK)預計年度虧損約6.1億-6.7億港元
格隆匯1月13日丨茂宸集團(00273.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2021年12月31日止年度錄得虧損約6.1億港元至6.7億港元(須待進一步調整及減值評估),而截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得虧損約1.8986億港元。
預期虧損增加主要由於(i)應收關聯方款項的壞帳撥備;(ii)因聯營投資項目經營業績不符預期及謹慎性考慮聯營投資項目的減值;(iii)投資上市證券的市場價格波動;及(iv)Mason Privatbank Liechtenstein AG自願清盤而產生的虧損。
