卓悅創辦人葉俊亨夫婦再遭入稟追討2.95億元
卓悅集團創辦人葉俊亨與其妻子鍾佩雲持有的公司於2015年,向一名債權人借3.1億元,但葉俊亨於2019年僅還款1,500萬元。該債權人昨日(12日)入稟高等法院,要求葉俊亨和鍾佩雲及其公司連本帶利償還2.95億元餘款、利息及作出賠償。
原告是Haifu董事、卓悅控股(00653.HK)主席陳健文,3名被告分別是真一有限公司(真一)、葉俊亨及鍾佩雲。據入稟狀指,Haifu於2015年12月與真一達成協議,向真一借出2.8億港元,同時原告亦與真一達成協議,並於2016年初向真一借出3.1億港元,且由葉俊亨代表公司簽訂協議。
入稟狀指,是次借款協議條款與Haifu借出2.8億元時的條款相同,並同樣有隱含條款,葉氏夫婦為該筆貸款的擔保人,而且若非葉氏夫婦,原告並不會借款予真一。
