晶方科技(603005.SH):2021年度淨利預增44.65%-50.67%
格隆匯1月13日丨晶方科技(603005.SH)公佈2021年年度業績預增公吿,經公司財務部門初步測算,預計 2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為5.52億元至5.75億元,同比增長44.65%至50.67%。
扣除非經常性損益事項後,預計2021年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約為4.6億元至4.8億元,同比增長39.80%至45.88%。
業績預增的主要原因:公司封裝訂單快速增長,產能與生產規模顯著提升。封裝工藝持續拓展創新,汽車電子等新應用領域量產規模不斷提升,中高像素產品逐步實現量產、Fan-out技術在大尺寸高像素領域的量產規模持續擴大、晶圓級微型鏡頭業務商業化應用規模不斷提升。
