格隆匯1月13日丨雲頂香港(00678.HK)跌幅擴大至超58%,跌幅暫居港股市場首位,現報0.31港元創11個月新低價,總市值不足30億港元,較昨日跌去6成。公司公吿,不保證其能夠履行梅克倫堡-前波莫瑞州融資安排下的到期財務責任,法院將於2022年1月17日作出裁決。關於MVWH於2022年1月10日提出的MVWH破產申請引發Global1融資協議項下違約事件,且從而觸發集團本金總額約為27.77億美元的若干融資安排項下發生交叉違約。
