中金:維持海爾智家(6690.HK)跑贏行業評級 目標價36.6港元
中金研報指,海爾智家(6690.HK)配售新H股方案,承配人涉及海爾集團、上市公司員工及高管、以及其他海外基金,禁售期不少於6個月。海爾戰略佈局清晰,在國內堅持推廣高端品牌和成套銷售,以配套銷售拉動空調、廚電品類份額提升,2021 設立小家電事業部,完善家電品佈局;海外堅持自主品牌發展。
預計本次增發有助於統一集團和上市公司核心員工利益,協同效應將持續釋放。予公司36.6港元目標價,等同2022年市盈率18倍,評級維持“跑贏行業”。
