萬集科技(300552.SZ)：擬以公開摘牌方式參與交科院6.4761%股權轉讓項目
格隆匯1月12日丨萬集科技(300552.SZ)公佈，公司於2022年1月11日召開第四屆董事會第十七次會議，審議通過了《關於擬以公開摘牌方式參與湖南省交通科學研究院有限公司6.4761%股權轉讓項目的議案》。
湖南省交通科學研究院有限公司(“交科院”或“標的企業”)以產權轉讓方式引進戰略投資者，以增資擴股的方式引進員工持股，實施混合所有制改革(“混改”)。公司擬通過湖南省聯合產權交易所公開摘牌方式參與湖南省交通科學研究院有限公司6.4761%股權轉讓項目。湖南省交通水利建設集團有限公司(“交水建”)為交科院控股股東，持有交科院100%股權，公司擬受讓交水建所持交科院6.4761%股權，受讓底價為人民幣5099.93萬元。目前公司尚未簽署產權交易合同。
公吿顯示，交科院從成立之初主營交通科研、試驗檢測等業務起步，經數多年積累，形成了包括“勘察設計、機電交安施工、試驗檢測、工程監理”四大傳統核心業務，及“智慧交通、安全諮詢、公路養護、環保監測”四大新興產業的板塊化發展格局，成為具有“智慧交通”鮮明特色的省級交通科研單位。近年來，交科院堅持以智慧交通為引領，致力於為交通基礎設施建設提供全過程諮詢服務，強化“數”“智”賦能，打造高水平數字化創新平台，推動交通運輸大數據技術研發及產業化發展。
