據報渣打考慮於內地建理財子公司
《彭博》報道,渣打集團考慮在中國成立一個獨立的財富管理子公司,向個人投資者銷售共同基金,將成爲首家在中國全資擁有財富管理子公司的外資銀行。
報道引述消息人士指,渣打去年與一家諮詢公司進行可行性研究,公司管理層正在評估該計劃,計劃可能會有調整。
消息人士表示,渣打希望通過這家新的理財公司提供一系列共同基金產品,其中將包括合格境內機構投資者(QDII)基金,此類基金使得國內機構和基金經理可以在一定額度投資海外。
