慕容家居(01575.HK):控股股東慕容資本擬出售不超15%股權
格隆匯1月11日丨慕容家居(01575.HK)發佈公吿,董事會獲公司控股股東慕容資本有限公司知會,慕容資本擬透過場內或場外交易及╱或透過配售代理出售不多於1.5億股公司股份,佔公司已發行股本總額約15%。
於該公吿日期,慕容資本由鄒格兵(公司執行董事、行政總裁兼主席)及其配偶鄔向飛分別實益擁有85%及15%權益。假設慕容資本出售15%公司股權,其於公司的股權將因出售事項由7.5億股股份(佔公司已發行股本總額75%)減少至6億股股份(佔公司已發行股本總額60%)。
