百濟神州(06160.HK)：百澤安®有5項適應症被納入國家醫保目錄
格隆匯1月10日丨百濟神州(06160.HK)公佈，公司以下藥物和/或新增適應症已按照如下所列的醫保支付標準進入新版《國家基本醫療保險、工傷保險和生育保險藥品目錄》("國家醫保目錄")，自2022年1月1日起生效。創新藥(包括公司藥物)的國家醫保目錄支付標準由藥品上市許可人與國家醫療保障局談判確定，並且經由國家公共衞生醫療保險系統在全國實行。
• 百澤安®(替雷利珠單抗注射液)有5項適應症被納入國家醫保目錄，其中包括3項2022年1月納入的新增適應症和2項2021年3月納入的適應症(國家醫保目錄支付標準：人民幣1450元╱支(每支100mg))：
- 用於聯合培美曲塞和鉑類化療用於表皮生長因數受體(EGFR)基因突變陰性和間變性淋巴瘤激酶(ALK)陰性、不可手術切除的局部晚期或轉移性非鱗狀非小細胞肺癌的一線治療(2021年6月獲批，2022年1月納入國家醫保目錄)；
- 用於至少經過一種全身治療的肝細胞癌(HCC)的治療(2021年6月獲得附條件批准，2022年1月納入國家醫保目錄)；
- 用於聯合紫杉醇和卡鉑用於不可手術切除的局部晚期或轉移性鱗狀非小細胞肺癌的一線治療(2021年1月獲批，2022年1月納入國家醫保目錄)；
- 用於PD-L1高表達的含鉑化療失敗包括新輔助或輔助化療12個月內進展的局部晚期或轉移性尿路上皮癌(UC)的治療(2020年4月獲得附條件批准，2021年3月納入國家醫保目錄)；以及
- 用於至少經過二線系統化療的復發或難治性經典型霍奇金淋巴瘤(R/RcHL)的治療(2019年12月獲得附條件批准，2021年3月納入國家醫保目錄)。
• 百悦澤®(澤布替尼膠囊)有3項適應症被納入國家醫保目錄，其中包括1項2022年1月納入的新增適應症和2項2021年3月納入的適應症(國家醫保目錄支付標準：人民幣85元╱粒(80mg╱粒；64粒╱瓶))：
- 用於治療既往至少接受過一種治療的成人華氏巨球蛋白血癥(WM)患者(2021年6月獲得附條件批准，2022年1月納入國家醫保目錄)；
- 用於治療既往至少接受過一種療法的成人套細胞淋巴瘤(MCL)患者(2020年6月獲得附條件批准，2022年1月納入國家醫保目錄)；以及
- 用於治療既往至少接受過一種療法的成人慢性淋巴細胞白血病(CLL)╱小淋巴細胞淋巴瘤(SLL)患者(2020年6月獲得附條件批准，2021年3月納入國家醫保目錄)。
• 2022年1月帕米帕利有1項適應症被納入國家醫保藥品目錄(國家醫保藥品目錄支付標準：人民幣53.6元╱粒(20mg╱粒；60粒╱瓶))：
- 用於既往經過二線及以上化療的伴有胚系BRCA (gBRCA)突變的複發性晚期卵巢癌、輸卵管癌或原發性腹膜癌患者(2021年5月獲得附條件批准，2022年1月納入國家醫保目錄)。
