香港科技探索(01137.HK)：2021年HKTVmall擁有128.7萬名獨立客户
格隆匯1月10日丨香港科技探索(01137.HK)公佈，於2021年，HKTVmall擁有128.7萬名獨立客户，相對香港2021年年中20至74歲的人口中，滲透率為約22.6%，較2021年淨增加18萬名獨立客户。
於2022年，計劃投放與2021年相若之市場推廣及宣傳資源，從客户數目、購買頻率及產品種類等各方面積極推動消費者由線下至線上轉換，以實現訂單總商品交易額的目標，以及繼續維持公司於香港網上購物市場的主導及領先角色。
於2022年，視乎新型冠狀病毒疫情的發展及全球經濟的狀況，董事會於考慮為最後一哩服務承諾，市場推廣及宣傳預算，及市場佔有率所投放的額外資源後，為香港電子商貿業務訂立以下主要表現目標：
1.HKTVmall的全年訂單總商品交易額目標為75億港元至80億港元，年度增長為14.2%至21.8%；
2.多媒體廣吿收入目標約為1.2億港元。於2021年9月推出的早鳥優惠，截至2021年12月月底已收到約9000萬港元的廣吿費用承諾；
3.於計入上述提及的市場推廣及宣傳費用，及執行最後一哩服務承諾第一階段及第二階段的額外成本後，經調整後的扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前盈利不少於5000萬港元。
科技業務方面，自行研發的新業務發展—自動化零售店及系統，其首個推出地點已確定為英國的曼徹斯特。抱着以科技帶來更好生活的目標，此項新業務正遙距地進行當地設立，而香港及英國的工程隊伍正致力於進一步提升機械設計併為大量生產作出準備。
然而，有監於新型冠狀病毒疫情帶來持續的不確定情況，尤其於可見未來實施的旅遊限制及隔離要求，以及考慮到人才的安全，自動化零售店及系統的首兩至三間試行預計將延至2022年的第三季至第四季推出。雖然如此，負責此計劃的隊伍正全力設立當地營運，包括設立辧公室及工作坊、品牌及店舖定位、招聘工程、商業及支援隊伍、為裝配機器而採購及進口材料、配件及工具等。
