氫燃料重卡全速推廣,中國重汽又拿新訂單
1月8日,山東重工·山東港口首批氫燃料重卡示範運營交付儀式在濟南舉行,這標誌着中國重汽氫燃料重卡在港口作業場景下的應用獲得市場認可,為公司燃料電池重卡在港口應用樹立了標杆。
據介紹,本次交付的中國重汽氫燃料重型牽引車,配套濰柴自主開發的氫燃料電池系統,具有動力強悍、綠色環保、安全可靠、高效全勤等特點。目前,中國重汽氫能產品在多個場景實現應用。氫能港口方面,全國首個港口氫燃料電池重卡示範運營項目在青島港啟動。氫能高速方面,配套濰柴動力產品的49噸燃料電池重卡在濟南泰鋼至青島董家口港區路線運行超5000公里。
此外,日前亮相的服務於北京冬奧會的中國重汽“黃河牌”雪蠟車搭載濰柴162kW氫燃料電池系統,實現了“中國首創、世界領先、完全國產”,是中國重汽氫能產品集大成者。整個項目在開發過程中申報了79項專利,其中發明專利21項,24項技術突破及整合創新設計亮點。1月4日,習近平總書記在北京考察2022年冬奧會、冬殘奧會籌辦備賽工作時,登上了中國首台雪蠟車。
2021年下半年以來,氫能產業政策陸續落地,在“雙碳”目標下,氫能重卡在港口等特定應用場景上,正體現出明顯的推廣優勢。
以山東為例,山東省科技廳1月6日在新聞發佈會上表示,山東積極開展燃料電池車輛示範運營,已推廣燃料電池車輛848輛,涵蓋公交、渣土、冷鏈物流和港口集卡等多種車型,開通燃料電池公交專線30餘條,示範運行總里程超過1500萬公里。青島港則已佈局6座港口氫能軌道吊,3輛港口集卡,啟動建設港區加氫站1座,並逐步佈局實現管道供氫,開展氫能港口設備、港城綠色供能等示範,打造全國第一座“氫+5G”智慧綠色港口。
中信證券預計,2022年燃料電池車企的擴張佈局或更為積極,同時在“雙碳”目標的激勵下,地方政府和國企也有望積極推進氫能產業化發展和項目落地,2022年氫能重卡銷量將達到3500輛。
中國科學院院士、中國電動車百人會副理事長歐陽明高日前表示,現在氫燃料電池會進入成本下降的快速通道,類似十年前動力電池成本的快速下降。他預測,2025年以商用車為主體的氫燃料電池汽車保有量將發展到5-10萬輛;2030-2035年間保有量增加到80-100萬輛。同時,地方政府和大型國有能源企業在加氫站等基礎設施建設的投入,也將利於卡車、公路客車和重載貨車等車型的實際應用。
對於中國重汽而言,細分場景的充分驗證加上創新科技的加持,公司在燃料電池重卡賽道的佈局已經做好了充足準備,有望抓住行業放量的機會。
