格隆匯1月7日丨大凌集團(00211.HK)公吿,公司董事會謹此提醒公司所發行的紅利認股權證(認股權證代號:1054)的持有人,其賦予持有人權利可按認購價每股0.285港元認購公司股本中每股面值0.1港元的新股份,根據日期為2021年2月17日構成認股權證的文據的條款及條件,認股權證所附帶的認購權將於2022年2月16日下午四時正屆滿。其後,於2022年2月16日下午四時正尚未獲行使的任何認購權將吿失效,而認股權證的證書不論出於何種目的亦不再有效。
