裕勤控股(02110.HK)預計中期淨溢利同比下降約40.0%至60.0%
格隆匯1月7日丨裕勤控股(02110.HK)公佈,預期集團於截至2021年11月30日止六個月錄得的淨溢利將較2020年同期減少約40.0%至60.0%。
截至2020年11月30日止六個月公司權益股東應占溢利約為2200萬港元。有關減少主要歸因於(i)集團承接的大型項目數目減少及投標價格下跌,原因為香港建築市場整體競爭激烈;(ii)船隻租金成本及柴油價格因通脹及市場價格波動而上升;及(iii)截至2021年11月30日止六個月期間集團承接的兩個項目初期產生大量初始成本,上述兩個項目於本公吿日期仍在進行中。
