海油發展(600968.SH)：子公司簽訂LNG運輸船項目框架協議
格隆匯1月7日丨海油發展(600968.SH)公佈，公司全資子公司CETS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT(HK) CO., LTD.(中文名稱：中海油能源發展投資管理(香港)有限公司)與合作方簽署了LNG運輸船項目框架協議。
2022年1月7日，海油發展香港投資公司和氣電集團新加坡貿易公司、上海中遠海運LNG、商船三井共同舉辦了本項目協議的簽約儀式，通過線上簽署的方式於北京、上海、東京三地完成了協議簽署。
為滿足中國海油中長期液化天然氣FOB資源運輸需求，氣電集團新加坡貿易公司啟動了配套LNG運輸船招標項目，中標人將新造3艘17.4萬方LNG運輸船為氣電集團新加坡貿易公司提供期租服務，同時氣電集團新加坡貿易公司擁有選擇權讓中標人再建造3艘同類型LNG運輸船提供期租服務。
該項目已於2021年12月3日宣佈中標人為上海中遠海運LNG和商船三井組成的聯合體，並已於2021年12月10日宣佈行使選擇權由中標人再建造3艘同類型LNG運輸船提供期租服務。該項目的6艘LNG運輸船，均為船廠結合承租人與船東需求設計的第五代17.4萬方新船型，擁有船級社認證的“綠色船舶”證書。
本次簽署的框架協議規定，海油發展香港投資公司有權在該項目中持有45%的股份，氣電集團新加坡貿易公司有權在該項目中持有5%的股份。在該項目獲得公司投資決策機構的批准以及中國政府管理部門的核準(備案)後，預計公司在該項目的投資額將超過4億歐元，具體金額以最終批准的該項目可行性研究報吿金額為準。
在該項目獲得公司投資決策機構的批准以及中國政府管理部門的核準(備案)後，海油發展香港投資公司、氣電集團新加坡貿易公司、上海中遠海運LNG和商船三井將成立六家單船公司，每家單船公司持有一艘LNG運輸船，為承租人提供LNG運輸服務。海油發展香港投資公司將持有每家單船公司45%股份，不納入海油發展合併報表範圍。
