據報泰加保險(06161.HK)未按保監局指示調回12億港元離岸資產
《香港01》引述保監局週二(4日)去信泰加保險(06161.HK)的機密文件,指早在去年10月已要求泰加保險將逾1.54億美元(約12億港元)的資產,從離岸私人貨幣戶口調回至公司銀行戶口,泰加曾提供文件指已指示券商調回資產,惟證監會發現泰加其後撤回指示。
報道指保監局認爲,新證據是泰加「明目張膽」違反指示,亦提醒不遵守規定是犯罪。
泰加保險日前對所有的士保單退保,涉及逾7,000架車,保監局今日(7日)接管泰加保險的業務和資產。
