大發地產(06111.HK)延遲派付中期息 另子公司1.95億人幣悉售成都住宅項目權益
大發地產(06111.HK)公布,經考慮近期中國房地產行業的宏觀行業環境及市場波動性,為保持集團的現金水平,董事會已決議2021年中期股息每股4.8分人民幣(相當於5.8港仙)的派付將延遲至4月6日或前後。
此外,公司宣布其間接非全資子公司成都瀚維,向廈門辰軒悉售目標公司成都悅湖利鑫置業33%股權,總對價約1.95億元人民幣(下同),所得款項擬用作一般營運資金。公司料出售事項錄得虧損約7,840萬元。目標公司從事物業開發,其主要資產為湖光里院項目,該項目為位於中國四川省成都市的住宅物業,正在建設中。
