格隆匯1月4日丨新黃浦(600638.SH)公佈,公司參與杭州市蕭山區蜀山西單元XSCQ2305-06地塊掛牌出讓,併成功摘牌,該地塊土地成交總價為69497萬元。
公司參與杭州市臨平開發區北沙路與風荷路交匯東南處地塊掛牌出讓,併成功摘牌,該地塊土地成交總價75812萬元。
公吿顯示,杭州市蕭山區蜀山西單元XSCQ2305-06地塊,東至:規劃崇化路,西至:規劃小白線,北至:規劃公園綠地,出讓面積20616平方米,土地用途:居住用地,容積率2.2,可建築面積45355平方米。項目户型以中小剛需、剛改户型為主,地處蕭山區南部卧城核心地段,地鐵、教育、醫療、商業等配套完善。
杭州市臨平開發區北沙路與風荷路交匯東南處地塊,東至:禾豐港綠化帶,南至:振興路綠化帶,西至:風荷路,北至:北沙東園用地,出讓面積34656平方米,土地用途:居住用地,容積率2.0,可建築面積69312平方米。項目户型以中小剛需户型為主,地處臨平山北核心地段,地鐵、教育、醫療、商業等配套完善。
