公司參與杭州市臨平開發區北沙路與風荷路交匯東南處地塊掛牌出讓,併成功摘牌,地塊土地成交總價75812萬元。

公吿顯示,杭州市蕭山區蜀山西單元XSCQ2305-06地塊,東至規劃崇化路西至規劃小白線,北至規劃公園綠地,出讓面積20616平方米,土地用途:居住用地,容積率2.2可建築面積45355平方米。項目户型以中小剛需、剛改户型為主,地處蕭山區南部卧城核心地段地鐵、教育、醫療、商業等配套完善。

杭州市臨平開發區北沙路與風荷路交匯東南處地塊東至禾豐港綠化帶南至振興路綠化帶西至風荷路北至北沙東園用地,出讓面積34656平方米,土地用途:居住用地,容積率2.0可建築面積69312平方米。項目户型以中小剛需户型為主,地處臨平山北核心地段,地鐵、教育、醫療、商業等配套完善。
