港股2022年首個交易日高開低走。恆指高開112點，早段曾升207點一度高見23,605點，午後曾跌204點一度低見23,193點，全日跌122點或0.53%，收23,274點；國指跌47點或0.58%，收8,188點；恆生科技指數跌30點或0.54%，收5,640點。大市全日成交總額699.81億元，滬、深港通因內地新年假期暫停，明日(4日)恢復。
匯控(00005.HK)跌0.1%報46.85元，港交所(00388.HK)跌0.2%報454.6元，友邦(01299.HK)升0.5%報79元。申洲(02313.HK)寧波部分廠房因爆發疫情短期停產，全日股價跌7.8%收138.2元。
科技股偏軟，騰訊(00700.HK)跌0.7%報453.8元，阿裏巴巴(09988.HK)回吐3.3%報115元，小米(01810.HK)跌1.6%報18.6元，美團(03690.HK)、京東(09618.HK)及百度(09888.HK)各跌0.7%至1.3%，快手(01024.HK)及衆安在線(06060.HK)各升3.5%及3%。
網絡醫療股阿裏健康(00241.HK)、平安好醫生(01833.HK)及京東健康(06618.HK)各跌3.4%至5.5%。商湯(00020.HK)急升40.9%報7.75元。晶片股華虹半導體(01347.HK)跌4.2%。
市傳恆大海花島39棟住宅規劃證被撤銷遭責令拆除，恆大(03333.HK)今早起停牌待刊發涉內幕消息公佈。其餘內房股受壓。融創(01918.HK)及世茂(00813.HK)各跌9.5%及6.9%，合景泰富(01813.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)各跌5.4%至5.7%%。
物管股下滑，融創服務(01516.HK)及時代鄰裏(09928.HK)各挫12.5%及11.1%，保利物業(06049.HK)跌7.5%，雅生活(03319.HK)及碧桂園服務(06098.HK)各跌5.9%及4.5%。房地產軟件商明源雲(00909.HK)跌4.4%。
醫藥股表現兩極，中成藥研納入醫保藥品目錄，華潤醫藥(03320.HK)及中國中藥(00570.HK)各抽升31.5%及20.5%，培力農本方((01498.HK)抽升38.3%。生物醫藥股信達生物(01801.HK)跌8.7%，藥明生物(02269.HK)及藥明康德(02359.HK)各跌5.8%及7.1%。其他醫藥股方面，白雲山(00874.HK)及綠葉製藥(02186.HK)各升6%及6.2%。
航運股東方海外(00316.HK)、海豐(01308.HK)、中遠海控(01919.HK)及太平洋航運(02343.HK)各升4.9%至6.3%。
