鄭煤機(00564.HK)擬設立合資索恩格電動 專注開展汽車電驅動系統的測試研發、製造、銷售及工程服務等業務
格隆匯12月30日丨鄭煤機(00564.HK)公吿，為推進公司汽車零部件板塊電動化戰略的實施，緊抓新能源汽車市場發展機遇，鄭州煤礦機械集團股份有限公司(簡稱“鄭煤機”或“公司”)與其全資附屬公司索恩格汽車部件(中國)有限公司(簡稱“索恩格中國”)擬共同出資3億元人民幣設立合資公司索恩格汽車電動系統有限公司(以下簡稱“合資公司”或“索恩格電動”)，專注開展汽車電驅動系統的測試研發、製造、銷售及工程服務等業務。
合資公司設立後，將主要開展新能源汽車電驅動系統總成及其核心零部件的研發、製造、銷售及服務，整合全球資源，深植中國市場，快速響應中國客户的需求，打造一體化集成驅動電機、變速器、控制器、軟件控制等供應能力。
2020年11月2日，國務院辦公廳發佈的《新能源汽車產業發展規劃(2021—2035年)》提出，到2025年，新能源汽車新車銷售量達到汽車新車銷售總量的20%左右。
力爭經過15年的持續努力，純電動汽車成為新銷售車輛的主流，公共領域用車全面電動化。並提出“提升產業基礎能力。以動力電池與管理系統、驅動電機與電力電子、網聯化與智能化技術為‘三橫’，構建關鍵零部件技術供給體系。”根據中國汽車工業協會發布的數據，2021年1-11月，新能源汽車產銷分別完成302.3萬輛和299萬輛，同比均增長1.7倍，1-11月累計銷量滲透率提升至12.7%。中國以及全球新能源車普及在加速，產銷環比和同比繼續保持增長。
公司下屬的索恩格目前主要研發生產與內燃機配套的起動機、發電機及節能環保的起動-停止系統以及48V輕混系統，客户覆蓋全球主流乘用車、商用車整車廠。
電氣化是整車行業一致選擇的方向與技術路線，索恩格的客户也對索恩格提出了全新的產品及服務需求。通過合資公司的設立，公司將依託市場化機制、資本運作優勢、汽車零部件業務資源，以及索恩格電機長期技術研發積累、質量管控能力、生產製造經驗和全覆蓋的客户網絡，進入新能源汽車零部件領域，形成新能源汽車電驅動系統的本土化集成開發和全球批量供貨能力，建立多平台產品支撐。
最終推動公司汽車零部件板塊由現有以內燃機零部件業務為主向以新能源汽車零部件為主全面轉型升級。
