天音控股(000829.SZ):減持數過半 北京信託已減持1%股份
格隆匯12月30日丨天音控股(000829.SZ)公佈,近日,公司收到持股5%以上股東北京信託的《關於減持貴司股份數量過半暨減持比例達到1%的通知》。根據《上市公司股東、董監高減持股份的若干規定》及《深圳證券交易所上市公司股東及董事、監事、高級管理人員減持股份實施細則》等有關規定,自2021年12月27日至2021年12月29日,北京信託通過深圳證券交易所繫統減持公司股份1025.1萬股,減持比例為1%,同時,合計減持數量已超過公司此前預披露的減持計劃數量的一半。
