工信部:「十四五」期間將鼓勵稀土企業開展兼併重組
工信部原材料司副司長常國武表示,「十四五」期間,工信部將鼓勵稀土企業按照市場化、法治化原則開展兼併重組,支持稀土企業集團向下遊產業鏈延伸,提升自身發展能力和品牌影響力。支持優勢地區,加快轉型升級,打造稀土產業集羣。
「十四五」原材料工業發展規劃提出,到2025年,原材料工業保障和引領製造業高質量發展的能力明顯增強;增加值增速保持合理水平,在製造業中比重基本穩定;新材料產業規模持續提升,佔原材料工業比重明顯提高;初步形成更高質量、更好效益、更優佈局、更加綠色、更爲安全的產業發展格局。
