格隆匯12月29日丨江豐電子(300666.SZ)公佈,基於戰略規劃需要,公司擬以自有資金參與蘇州順融投資管理有限公司(“蘇州順融”)發起設立的投資基金,基金名稱為蘇州安芯同盈創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“安芯同盈”或“合夥企業”,以工商部門最終核定為準)。安芯同盈基金初始規模為7010萬元人民幣,普通合夥人及基金管理人為蘇州順融。公司作為有限合夥人認繳人民幣1000萬元,其投資方向:圍繞泛半導體領域進行以股權投資為主的投資。
