中鋭股份(002374.SZ):決定繼續實施“瓶蓋產品曲面印刷工藝升級改造項目”
格隆匯12月29日丨中鋭股份(002374.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年12月29日召開的第五屆董事會第十九次會議、第五屆監事會第十四次會議審議通過了《關於募集資金投資項目重新論證並繼續實施的議案》,經過重新論證,公司認為募集資金項目“瓶蓋產品曲面印刷工藝升級改造項目”依然具備投資的必要性和可行性,符合公司發展規劃,公司決定繼續實施該項目。該項目延期事項已經公司第五屆董事會第十八次會議審議通過,同意將項目預定可使用狀態日期延長至2022年12月31日。
